Delete my account

You can ask for your account and personal data to be deleted at any time.

How

• Write to adama@dovixon.com from the e-mail address of your profile, with the subject “Delete my account”.
• Give the phone number of the account (for example +226 70 12 34 56).
• We reply to confirm, then delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile: first name, last name, e-mail, photo, color, phone number.
• Your devices registered for notifications and your sessions.
• Your private messages and the files you sent.
• If you are the last member of a household, the household and all its data.

What remains

Expenses you entered in a household that continues to exist stay visible to its other members, unlinked from your profile, so their budget is not distorted.

Before you go

You can export your data as PDF or Excel from the app (Household › Export all data), and leave a household from the Household screen.
