Terms of use
By using ChezNous, you accept these terms.
The app
ChezNous helps a household follow its budget: expenses, projects, loans, emergencies, gifts and messages. It is an organization tool, not financial, tax or legal advice. Tips from Ni die and the articles are given for information.
Your account
- You sign in with your phone number. Keep access to that number and protect your phone and app code.
- The information you give must be accurate.
- You are responsible for what you write and share with your household.
Households and members
A household’s creator can invite and remove members. Every member sees the household’s expenses. Private chats are visible only to their two participants.
Proper use
- No illegal use, harassment, or content that harms others.
- No attempt to access another household’s data, or to disrupt the service.
Availability
We do our best to keep the service running, but we cannot guarantee it is always available or error-free. The app works offline and syncs when the network is back.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial decisions made from the app, or for indirect losses. Check important figures.
Ending your account
You can leave a household at any time and ask to delete your account. We may suspend an account in case of abuse.
